Who we are
Shivanand Group is a Bhavnagar based civil engineering and real estate group with fourteen delivered commercial, residential and mixed-use projects, now building across Gujarat.
Our work is judged on one thing: whether the building we promised is the building you receive, on the date we said and at the quality we showed you. Fourteen completed projects across this city make that argument better than any brochure could.
The group operates through six companies, each focused on a single discipline, listed below. Different names on the paperwork, the same people answering for the result.
